What we collect
When you send a brief we store the name, email address, business name and message you type, plus the options you ticked. It gets a reference so you can check progress.
What we do not keep
Your IP address is not saved with your brief. To limit spam we turn it into a keyed hash that cannot be reversed without a secret, count requests against it for up to an hour, and clear the counters out regularly. The site itself sets no cookies and has no advertising or analytics trackers. The site and the samples remember your saved items, carts, light or dark choice, design mix, gallery card size and gesture setting in your browser's local storage. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores briefs. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it, which has its own privacy terms. If email alerts are switched on, the brief text also passes through Resend so we are notified. If you message us on Instagram, Instagram's policy applies to that conversation.
How long we keep it
Briefs are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by messaging us on Instagram or replying to our email. We will do it and record that we did.
